Signing of Co-operation Regulation between Port of Haiphong and Haiphong city’s Customs Department

In the morning of 17 Nov 2015, at the Head Office of Customs Department of Haiphong city (No 159 Le Hong Phong Road, Haiphong), the signing ceremony of co-operation regulation between Haiphong city’s Customs Department and Port of Haiphong joint stock company took place for the inspection, supervision and control of the export-import and transshipment cargoes brought in and out of the area under the Customs control at the branches, enterprises belonging to Port of Haiphong joint stock company. 

 Present at the ceremony, on the Haiphong city’s Customs Department side, and participated by Mr, Mrs Vice President of Customs Department, managers of functional divisions, chairman and vice chairman of departmental  branches in charge of customs control at the four border Customs departmental  branches consisting of Areas 1, 2, 3 and Dinh Vu Customs

On the port of Haiphong joint stock company side, the ceremony is participated by Mr, Mrs chairman of board of management, general director and deputy general directors, secretary of party committee, leader of port trade union and managerial representatives of port departments, the branches of the port of Haiphong joint stock company, representatives of shipping lines who are clients of the port of Haiphong joint stock company
 Leaders of the port of Haiphong and customs department delivered the speeches to pass the content of the Regulation and the leaders of the two parties together signed the co-operation regulation between Haiphong city’s Customs department and port of Haiphong joint stock company. Representatives of the trade union of the two parties on behalf of all the cadres, employees and laborers also side by side signed the emulation agreements.
