To respond to the growing demands and diverse requirements from clients, as well as elevate current standard services to precisely customised level, Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company ( Hai Phong Port) officially inaugurated its Client Service Center (CSC) on November 15, 2024. This milestone marks a significant transformation in Hai Phong Port customer-centric strategy, reaffirming its pivotal role in the whole Vietnam national port system.

On the afternoon of May 13, 2023, Politburo member, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh conducted on-site inspection of seaport projects No. 3, 4, 5 and 6 at Hai Phong International Gateway Port and construction project of passenger Terminal T2 – Cat Bi International Airport. He was accompanied by the members of the Party Central Committee: Mr. Nguyen Chi Dung, Minister of Planning and Investment; Mr. Nguyen Van Thang, Minister of Transport; Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Anh, Chairman of the Committee for Management of State Capital at Enterprises; Senior Lieutenant General Mr. Vu Hai San, Deputy Minister of National Defense and leaders of central ministries and sectors.

Port of Hai Phong welcomes 03 vessels of Maersk on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Maersk Vietnam

On September 21st, 2021, Port of Hai Phong successfully received 03 container vessels of Maersk calling at Tan Vu Terminal - Port of Hai Phong.  MAERSK NUSSFJORD, flying Panama flag with LOA of 171.93m, gross tonnage of nearly 30,000 tons, carrying over 1,400 Teu of inbound and outbound containers and MAERSK VALENCIA, flying Singapore flag with LOA of 175.50m with gross tonnage of over 23,000, carrying about 1,600 Teu inbound and outbound containers belong to IA88 service which have operated at Tan Vu Terminal with a frequency of 1 voyage/week. The adhoc PADIAN 2 with cargo volume of 1,100 Teu containers was added by Maersk to meet the customers’ import and export demand in the context of space scarcity and container equipment.
