On the afternoon of May 13, at the Lach Huyen port area, in celebration of the 70th anniversary of Hai Phong’s Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 – May 13, 2025) and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam Maritime Corporation (April 29, 1995 – April 29, 2025), the Hai Phong City People's Committee, Vietnam Maritime Corporation, and Hai Phong Port Joint Stock Company solemnly held the inauguration ceremony of Lach Huyen International Container Terminals No. 3 and 4 – Hai Phong Port.

Hai Phong, April 29, 2025 – Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company successfully conducted its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) online from its headquarters at 8A Tran Phu Street, Gia Vien Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City.

On April 15, 2025, Vietnam Maritime Administration issued Decision No. 400/QĐ-CHHĐTVN on the official opening of Berth No. 4, the Barge Wharf, and the Service Wharf – all parts of the Lach Huyen Port area, located in Cat Hai Island, Hai Phong City. These facilities are now authorized to receive both domestic and international vessels for cargo handling and other related maritime services.
