Mr. Takaomi Shimizu – General Director of NYK Line presented the “Safe RORO Service Operation 2023” certificate to Mr. Nguyễn Bách Khoa – Deputy Director in charge of Tan Vu Terminal Branch
Over the years, Tan Vu Terminal has consistently played the role of the largest container handling area of Port of Hai Phong, while also being one of the key ports in Northern Vietnam for RORO vessel operations. In particular, it serves as an important gateway for receiving and handling automobile cargo flows operated by major Japanese shipping lines, including NYK Line.
The achievement of “Zero Accident 2025” further affirms the effectiveness of the branch’s internationally standardized operational procedures; the high level of professionalism of its officers and employees who strictly comply with occupational safety regulations; as well as the port’s comprehensive investment in equipment, the application of modern technology, and risk management practices. In addition, the close coordination between Port of Hai Phong and shipping lines in damage prevention has also played a crucial role.
