Starting from March 1, 2025, Port of Hai Phong implement new management and operation software for the RORO vehicle yard. This breakthrough technological solution aims to optimize cargo handling, enhance management efficiency, and improve client experience. The software is developed on a latest compatible web-based platform, improving processing speed and providing flexible access on all internet-connected devices. Its user-friendly and intuitive interface allows both staffs and clients to easily operate and monitor the vessel handling process.
One of the software’s standout features is its integration with the Eport system, customs system, electronic invoicing, and online payment. This enables customers to complete RORO cargo clearance via ePort, check customs clearance information, and make payments without needing to visit the port. As a result, the process is optimized, boosting efficiency, saving time and costs, and improving overall management effectiveness.
