Official announcement: The opening of Wharf No.4 at Hai Phong International Gateway Port in Lach Huyen.
On April 15, 2025, Vietnam Maritime Administration issued Decision No. 400/QĐ-CHHĐTVN on the official opening of Berth No. 4, the Barge Wharf, and the Service Wharf – all parts of the Lach Huyen Port area, located in Cat Hai Island, Hai Phong City. These facilities are now authorized to receive both domestic and international vessels for cargo handling and other related maritime services.
