Ongoing ProjectsDinh Vu Port Construction Project employed by the Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company consists of 05 berths to handle vessel of up to 55,000DWT, with total quay length of 980,6m landside area and technical infrastructure occupy an area of 55ha. Of the 05 berths, 04 are used for container handling with specialized equipments and 01 is used for general cargo. Designed capacity of the Port is 1 million Teus per year and the throughput is projected to reach 15 million tons per year.
Project of Technical Infrastructure Investment of Information Technology connecting DGPS in Branch of Tan Vu Port: Design of establishment of technical infrastructure of information technology connecting DGPS in synchronization with the infrastructure, equipments and foundation of information technology, to reach technological standards, to meet the requirement of current usage and in synchronization with the information technology system of developmental investment in the future.
Future ProjectsTerminal Construction Investment Project in Lach Huyen: to invest in the construction of 06 berths (04 container and 02 general cargo berths) extending 2,250m for vessel of capacity up to 100,000DWT. Handling capacity of each container berth is about 600,000 Teus per year, whilst capacity of each general cargo berth is about 2 million tons per year.
Make a capital contribution to perform “Project of constructing and operating a terminal for 20,000DWT vessel in Dinh Vu - Hai Phong” with Military Petrochemical Joint Stock Company: Constructi 02 berths of 380m in Dinh Vu Industrial Park along with other infrastructure works for general vessel, container vessel and bulk cargo vessel. Total cargo through the terminal is expected to be about 3.5 million tons per year.
Project of Investment of the Technological System of Management Information, Container Operation in Branch of Tan Vu Port: Investment of the information technology system specialized in services to managerial work and container port operation of the scale from 1 to 1.5 million TEUS throughput/year, with the procedures of international management, to solve the managerial particulars and regional ones in the Branch of Tan Vu Port
