Hai Phong Port Technical Services & Training JSC Signs Strategic Partnership Agreement with MGS Auto Saigon Co., Ltd.

On 23 July 2026 in Hai Phong, Hai Phong Port Technical Services & Training Joint Stock Company (HPTTS), a subsidiary of Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company, and MGS Auto Saigon Co., Ltd., a member of Huynh Thy Group, officially signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement.

The signing marks the beginning of a new phase of collaboration between the two companies, leveraging their respective strengths to deliver high-quality technical solutions, advanced technologies, and professional services that meet the growing demands of the industrial, port, and logistics sectors.

Under the agreement, the two companies will establish a strategic partnership across a broad range of areas, including technical services, the supply of industrial materials and spare parts, technology solutions, automation, equipment repair and maintenance, technical workforce training, and market development. The two parties will also jointly research and implement advanced engineering solutions, maximizing their respective expertise, experience, and resources to enhance operational efficiency, create greater value for customers, and progressively expand their market presence.

Combining HPTTS's extensive capabilities and experience in port engineering, logistics, and technical workforce development with MGS Auto Saigon's strengths in technology solutions, industrial supplies, and engineering services, the partnership is expected to generate significant added value, strengthen the competitiveness of both companies, and support the logistics and industrial sectors as they continue their transformation towards modernization and digitalization.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Pham Hong Minh, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Management Board of Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company, emphasized that the partnership not only creates opportunities to capitalize on the complementary strengths of the two companies but also establishes a solid foundation for the development of large-scale engineering, technology, and service projects in the future.

Mr. Minh reaffirmed Port of Hai Phong's commitment to supporting HPTTS and MGS Auto Saigon in swiftly implementing the agreed areas of cooperation, enhancing technical capabilities, mastering advanced technologies, and expanding the service ecosystem to support not only Port of Hai Phong but also enterprises within the VIMC network and the wider Northern Vietnam market.

Representing the partner company, Mr. Huynh Minh Tai, Chairman of Huynh Thy Trading & Services One Member Co., Ltd., stated that Port of Hai Phong and the VIMC system have long been strategic partners and play a pivotal role in the company's development strategy in Vietnam. Building on this partnership, MGS Auto Saigon is committed to transferring advanced engineering, automation, and technology solutions while connecting HPTTS with leading global equipment manufacturers.
