On 29 July, Tan Vu Terminal, a branch of Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company, hosted a ceremony to welcome the Positive Challenger of Eastern Car Liner (ECL), carrying 1,000 completely built-up (CBU) Hyundai vehicles exported by Hyundai Glovis from Hai Phong City to the Mexican market.
The event not only marks a milestone in the cooperation between Port of Hai Phong, Hyundai Glovis and ECL, but also reaffirms Port of Hai Phong's capability in handling specialized RoRo cargo, while opening up opportunities for the development of a high value-added logistics segment – logistics services for the export automobile industry.

Today's operation at Tan Vu Terminal, handling a vessel transporting automobiles manufactured in Vietnam for export to the Mexican market, is not merely a cargo handling operation but also reflects the development of Vietnam's automobile industry and the increasingly deep integration of Vietnamese enterprises into the global supply chain.

This serves as an important foundation for attracting more international RoRo shipping lines, developing new automobile export shipping routes, and further reinforcing Port of Hai Phong's role as the leading logistics gateway in Northern Vietnam, supporting Vietnamese enterprises in reaching global markets.
