On October 19th, 2019, at Sheraton Grand Danang Resort, Da Nang, Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company successfully organized the Customer Appreciation Event 2019. Port of Hai Phong welcomed a variety of leaders and representatives from shipping lines, shipping agents, RORO, logistic companies, other Ports and potential customers. Notably, the leaders of Vietnam National Shipping Lines, and Hai Phong Customs Department also attended the Event.

Mr. Cao Trung Ngoan - Acting General Director of Port of Hai Phong extended the welcome and gratitude to delegates and customers. At the speech, the General Director of the Company respectfully announced that Port of Hai Phong had received the Decision No. 1323 / QD-TTg dated October 9th, 2019 of the Prime Minister approving the investment policy of Berths No. 3 and No. 4 of Hai Phong international gateway Port. The construction will be started from 2020 and completed in 2025, in which, the Berth No. 3 will be put into operation in 2022, which could meet the requirements of the customers, and positively contribute to developing the maritime economy and improving the competitiveness of Vietnam's Seaports.
The Acting General Director commits that Port of Hai Phong will continue to provide the best service quality to meet customer expectations and look forward to enhancing the cooperation with customers. Port of Hai Phong is willing to have long-term cooperation with customers to share benefits for mutual development. In the framework of the Customer Appreciation Event, in the morning of October 19th, 2019, Port of Hai Phong leaders organized a sports activity with the participation of 60 persons. At the Gala Dinner, the sports prizes were awarded to customers with outstanding achievements in the tournament and the lucky prizes were awarded to the luckiest customers during the visit to Ba Na Hill. Port of Hai Phong also held a lucky drawing program for customers attending the Gala Dinner.
