In the morning of April 24th, 2017, Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2017 was organized at Theater of Hai Phong City to consider, discuss and decide some of important tasks, falling within the competence of the Congress. Attending the Congress, they includes Mr. Nguyen Van Hanh – Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Shipping Lines, Mr. Le Phan Linh – Union Chairman of Vietnam National Shipping Lines; members of Directors Board, members of Control Board; Leadership of Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company as well as full presence of honoured shareholders of Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company.
The Congress voted Presidium: Mr. Phung Xuan Ha – Chairman of Directors Board – Chairman;
Commissioners of the Presidium include: Mr. Nguyen Hung Viet – Member of Directors Board – General Director; Mr. Truong Van Thai - Member of Directors Board, Deputy General Director; Mr. Cao Trung Ngoan - Member of Directors Board, Deputy General Director; Mr. Vu Tuan Duong - Member of Directors Board.
Mr. Nguyen Hung Viet – Member of Directors Board – General Director of Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company presented Report of Directors Board; Report of Production and Business Result of 2016 and Task direction of production and business in 2017.
Mr. Vu Tuan Duong - Member of Directors Board presented Proposal for the removal of members of the Directors Board and Voting Regulations by adjusting and supplementing Regulations of Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company and Proposal for amendment and supplement of Company Regulations.
Mr. Cao Trung Ngoan - Member of Directors Board - Deputy General Director of Hai Phong Port presented Proposal for profit distribution and dividend payment in 2016; Recap for Financial Report in 2016 audited the accounts; Proposal for audit unit selection of 2017; Report for remuneration HĐQT/BKS 2016 and plan of 2017;
Mr. Truong Van Thai - Member of Directors Board, Deputy General Director of Hai Phong Port presented Report for repayment project of wharf No 4, No 5 at Chua Ve Habour – Hai Phong Port; Proposal for relocation of Hoang Dieu Habour Area and construction investment of 02 habours No 3, 4 belonging to Hai Phong International Gateway Port.
The Congress discussed and voted to pass contents of the reports and proposals.
Congratulation to Mr. Bui Chien Thang – Former member of Directors Board has completed his duties excellently, retires on a pension following regulation.
