Formal posting of shares of the Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company on HNX

This morning of 12/8, the Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company formally posted its shares on Hanoi Stock Exchange.

PHP shares of Hai Phong Port are exchanged in the first day at HNX with reference price of VND16,500 per share. Share code is PHP, having face value of VND10,000. Number of shares posted is 326.96 billion, equivalent to chartered capital of VND 3,269.6 billion.

With the chartered capital of VND 3,269.6 billion, Hai Phong Port now has chartered capital higher than any other enterprise of the same industry on both Stock Exchanges.

At the opening ceremory of PHP share exchange, Mr. Phùng Xuân Hà, Chairman of Board of Management of the Port of Hai Phong Joint Stock Company told that, the event of participation in concentrative stock exchange, share posting on HNX is an important advance in the company’s development strategy, confirming confidence, self-motivation for stronger development in the future. This is also the company’s commitment on disclosure, transparence in administration and assurance of shareholders’ profit as well as expectation to cooperate with investors for more development of Hai Phong Port in the future.

After over first 90 minutes of exchange on HNX, over 69.4 thousand PHP shares have been exchanged, 230 thousand shares were overbought.
