Leadership and all employees of  The Port of  Hai Phong Joint Stock Company are committed to:

1. Complying with all legal regulations, requirements by the State agency and customers on the environment.

2. Improving the processes, technologies of loading/ unloading to save fuel, reduce dust, noise, and prevent pollution and occupational diseases.

3. Strictly establishing and implementing the regulations of safety handling and storage of cargoes to avoid the breakdown and dispersal of hazardous chemicals into the environment.

4. Reducing and preventing hazardous waste generated during the operation of the Port from emitting into the environment.

5. Adopting, maintaining an environmental management system ISO 14001 and continuously improving the effectiveness of the system.

6. Environmental policy is communicated and notified all employees and partners of the company.

2. Organizing regular training to ensure all employees to be equipped with sufficient practical skills of work and realize the importance of living up to customers’ expectations.

3. Making sure as a fast, convenient and safe service provider. The customer’s satisfaction is an assessment of quality for service provision by the Company.

4. Constantly improving the effectiveness of the quality management system through the application, maintenance of the quality management system according to the standard ISO 9001.

5. The quality policy is communicated to all employees in the company for understanding and implementation.
